Mutton Masala

Arabic Bites Authentic recipe for Mutton Masala.This Method of making mutton masala is our family authentic recipe which is very different and unique in taste...

1/2 Small Onion
1tsp Poppy Seeds Roasted
2tsp Kaju Roasted
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
2 Medium to hot Green Chillies
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2tsp Curd
Few Drops of Lemon
4-5 mint leaves
1 bunch Coriander leaves
400 gm Mutton
4 Tbsp Oil
Garam Masala according to your taste or just add 1/4 tsp

In  a Pressure Cooker, add clean and washed meat.
To the meat add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, onion, mint, oil
and coriander leaves. And mix well.

Add water according to your pressure cooker type. meat will releases water.

Till the meat gets cooked, grind the roasted poppy seeds and kaju with curd and garam masala,to a fine paste.

As the meat is cooked...Fry it till leaves oil and add the grinded paste and fry till the raw smell of the paste goes and add little water to give a nice gravy.

Garnish with coriander and few drops of lemon

Serve with peas pulao or simply with roti raita and salad..
