Chapli Kabab

Chapli Kabab just wow! I don't have words to describe this recipe :) very crisp from outside and soft from inside..Do try and comment below dear friends...

Mutton Mince (keema)500grams
Ghee 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
Garlic Cloves crushed 12-15
Ginger, roughly chopped 2-inch piece
Onion, deep fried 1 cup
Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Egg whisked 1/2
Oil 2 tbsp

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds and saute till fragrant.

Add garlic and ginger and saute.Add keema, deep fried onion and mix well.Transfer to a mixer jar and grind well.Transfer this mixture to a bowl.

Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder, green cardamom powder, salt, egg and mix well.Heat oil in a non-stick pan.

Make equal size balls of the mixture and shape them like kababs.Shallow fry the kababs, flipping sides till golden and crisp.Drain on absorbent paper.Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot.
