Week- 1 Diet Plan

8:00 am (as soon as you wake up )- 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of honey & lemon(if allergic to honey/lemon then you can have green tea) 5 Soaked almond with skin. 1 black peppercorn (kali mirch dana) you don't have to chew it just swallow it down.

 9:am-1 toast (brown bread) with amul lite butter/hung curd/salad and chutney

 11:30 am - one apple or any fruit ( except Banana and mango..)

 1:30 pm - A small plate of salad before starting meal. you can have cabbage,cucumber,beetroot,onions,with coriander leaves.The fiber in the salad fills you up which in turn prevents false hunger that makes you overeat. 1 barn chappati (mix wheat flour and wheat bran in equal proportions.) with 1 bowl (normal size bowl) of dal. Generally at my place dal is cooked at night so i used to store the dal made at night for the other days lunch, you can do the same

. 5:00 pm - 1 cup of milk or coffee with 2 biscuits (just simple Marie biscuit or fat free, no other biscuits)/ 1 small bowl roasted chickpea /popcorns (not buttery act 2 ones but air-popped popcorns without the butter)

 8:30 pm - one fruit of your wish

when this week ends,weight yourself again, I'm sure you must have lost weight. loose upto 1.8 kgs in the first week . you lose the max in this week because you lose all the water weight and the bloating is gone. The further weeks you are surely going to loose weight but it won't be this much.
