Karela Alu Sabzi

Karela alu sabzi is one of the unique Recipe which i tried.Having something unique at your breakfast table make your day happy Alhumdulilah..just love the way it came out ❤️😋

Karela (bitter groud) 7 to 8 (keep the peels)
Alu (Potatoe 2 thinly sliced)
Onions 2 Medium sliced
5 to 6 Green chillies 
Turmeric 2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Sauf (fennel seeds) 3 tbsp
Red cilli powder 2 tsp
Aam chur powder (raw mango powder) 3tbsp
Zeera Powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

First Step is to Peel karela (bitter groud) dont throw the peels ! we have to use it in our recipe.

Now apply salt on karela and its peels and set a side for 30 minutes.

Wash karela and its peels under running water.

apply coriander powder on karela and its peels and set a side.

Heat the pan or kadai and add 2 tbsp oil
now add karela anf fry untill it changes its color. Take out all karela after frying and set aside.

Now in the same pan add onions fry until translucent now add potatoes and karela peels then fry well.

Add green chillies, red chilli powder, souf seeds, turmeric powder, salt to taste aam chur powder and coriander powder now fry well untill it cook and gets tender.

Serve hot with Roti.
